Retail Overview
BET Investments is seeking retail investments in the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest United States. BET Investments currently owns open-air anchored retail shopping centers with national anchor tenants who occupy approximately 60% of the gross leasable area of the center. We are interested in strong power retail centers, regional community centers, and neighborhood grocery-anchored centers located in dominate retail corridors. We seek stabilized assets with long-term leases as well as value-added shopping centers with short-term leases and strong sales.
